Plateau State University
Established in 2005, Plateau State University is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the large town of Bokkos (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Plateau. It was granted recognition by the National Universities Commission (NUC) on April 29thof the same year 2005 as the 66th University in Nigeria and the 24th state owned University in the Country. Officially accredited and/or recognized in march 2016 by the National Universities Commission, Nigeria, Plateau State University (PLASU) is a coeducational higher education institution.
